Do not forget to visit the picturesque village of Mitata. You can enjoy your coffee or lunch at the “balcony” of the village, overlooking the lush ravine to Viaradika.
Going down a narrow alley you will find the fountain of Mitata. There the water flows abundantly in basins which in old days used as laundry.
There under a brick arch, there is a stone table.
Obtain the necessary and organize a romantic picnic among the lush nature, spring water and shade the arch offers.
In the village of Mitata we recommend visiting Fava’s Liotrivi. In this newly renovated place, the owners will guide you to the old oil mill and explain you how the old Kytherians made the oil production. Within the same area, the old family home has become a folk art museum.
